Diego Groiso

Diego is an SPC-T with over 8 years of experience driving SAFe Transformations and more than 20 years of helping organisations implement technology-based products and services, primarily in the Telecom Industry, as well as Publishing, Automotive, Utilities, and other sectors, in the USA, UK, Italy and Argentina. He successfully transformed the first Scaled Agile Programme in Vodafone Enterprise and became the Release Train Engineer. Diego later launched and coached several other digital transformation programs into SAFe at Vodafone. He trained more than 600 people across Europe in Agile and SAFe. He also transformed a 300-person IT department for an East Coast electricity company in the USA. Diego mentored recently promoted RTEs to help them settle into their roles smoothly. He has experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Development Team Lead, Product, Portfolio, Programme, and Project Manager, as well as a Data Networks Engineer. He also holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Electronic Engineering.
