Dwayne Stroman

Dwayne applies a continuously evolving approach from learning and experience. He deeply believes in relentless improvement to provide unique and effective engagements especially with Executive Leadership. Dwayne spent the early part of his career as a Software Engineer developing systems for supply chain and manufacturing environments, learning first hand how to apply flow improvements on a daily basis.

Dwayne has been an SPC since 2012, and an SPC T since 2016. He has contributed to the Scaled Agile Framework on numerous occasions.

Dwayne is an avid motorcycle nut (Racing, Riding, Repairing) and applies learning from the race track to the board room.
