Jennifer Remero-Greene

Jennifer is a highly experienced Lean Agile Coach, Consultant and Trainer based in Richmond, VA. With over 20 years of experience in teaching and consulting, she specializes in Lean Manufacturing, IT leadership, and software development for both public and private sectors.

Jennifer has led multiple transformation initiatives and coached teams on change management. She has also created college courses on incorporating Risk Management into Sprint Retrospectives and volunteers her time to teach high school students agile project management. Her training encourages participants to apply what they learn to their organizations and life situations. Jennifer believes Agility is a belief system that can transform individuals on their agile journey.
