Michael Stump is a renowned Lean-Agile Leader and advisor to C-level executives, specializing in SAFe practices and Business Agility across industries. With extensive consulting experience, he has successfully led organizational transformations in complex, multi-cultural environments.

As one of the first SAFe Fellows and SPCTs, Michael has mentored executives and played a key role in developing SPCTs and SPCs. He also contributed to scaling Scaled Agile’s business globally over six years.
