Refund Policy

At Skillbook Academy, our goal is to provide high-quality training services that meet the needs of our learners. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have developed the following refund policy to accommodate your needs while also maintaining a fair stance on bookings and cancellations.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- Within 10 Days of Scheduled Training: No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled training date. However, participants will have the option to enroll in a future training batch, subject to availability.
- Prior to 10 Days of Scheduled Training: If you cancel your enrollment more than 10 calendar days before the scheduled training, you are entitled to a 100% refund of your booking fees.
- Transaction Processing Charges: For cancellations eligible for a refund, we deduct transaction processing charges, which are:
- 10% of the total course fees for payments made via PayPal.
- 5% of the total course fees for payments made through all other gateways.
Requesting a Change in Training Dates
If you need to change the dates of your training, please contact us at our support email address: [email protected]. We will assist you in finding availability in future training batches based on your preference and availability.
Refund Processing
- Mode of Refund: All refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment used at the time of booking.
- Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 days after the cancellation request is received.
Skillbook Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class at its discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances preventing the trainer from attending.
