Dwayne Stroman

Dwayne Stroman is an Enterprise Transformation Coach and SPCT® with more than 20 years of experience. Dwayne applies a continuously evolving approach from learning and experience. He deeply believes in relentless improvement to provide unique and effective engagements, especially with Executive Leadership. Dwayne spent the early part of his career as a Software Engineer developing systems for supply chain and manufacturing environments, learning firsthand how to apply flow improvements on a daily basis. He has contributed to the Scaled Agile Framework on numerous occasions. Dwayne is an avid motorcycle nut (Racing, Riding, Repairing) and applies learning from the race track to the board room.
