Melissa Memmolo is a SAFe® Practice Consultant, Agile Coach, and trainer with more than 13 years of experience helping organizations make sense of complex work, strengthen collaboration, and deliver meaningful outcomes. She has coached teams and leaders across financial services, healthcare, technology, data and analytics, and retail, working at both the team and enterprise levels. Her experience spans Agile transformation, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, product and delivery coaching, leadership development, facilitation, and large-scale planning.

Melissa is especially passionate about helping people bridge the gap between learning Agile and understanding what it looks like in the real world. Her approach is practical, people-centered, and grounded in the realities teams face every day. Whether she is training a class, coaching a leader, or helping a team improve how work flows, her goal is to make complex concepts understandable, useful, and sustainable.

Outside of work, Melissa loves traveling and practicing yoga. Both activities fuel her curiosity, help her connect with different people and perspectives, and remind her that there is rarely only one way to see or solve a problem.
