Passion for connecting individual agility to the enterprise, helping students not only understand the “what” and “how” of agile but also the "why.” He has over 20 years of experience in Agile Development as a practitioner, leader and coach in industries like healthcare, financial services, travel, digital entertainment, etc. Michael specializes in training, scaled agile frameworks, and agile methodologies and is committed to creating an impact through his training sessions by incorporating implementable practices. Michael aims to enable his students to realize their full potential and teach the "what," "how," and "why" of Agile and its effectiveness in their current role in an organization.
