Thad S. Payne is an Agile Transformation Consultant, SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC®), Release Train Engineer, and instructor with more than a decade of experience in Enterprise Agile Transformations, Lean-Agile coaching, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, and organizational change.

He has coached Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and leaders across financial services, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, and government. Before his Agile career, Thad served as a Special Agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), developing a strong foundation in leadership, critical thinking, and evidence-based decision-making.
